What about hosting ten mans within Skynet with rewards to help the community grow and be active. There could be requirements to participate like you have to been on the forums for a month and be active on them and tournaments could be monthly or bimonthly so there would always something to do within the community or then just the servers.

Event team generally does this a couple times a year, as far as I know.

I just wish there are other events, but alas, hasn't happened yet.
